About the Event Spaces
Our ballroom and the other general private event space are some of the most popular event spaces on Hilton Head. They book out quickly; countless boardroom meetings, weddings, auditions, parties, and other events are held here every single week.

Our general event space is The Conference Center of Hilton Head Island, situated right at the entrance to the resort. Inside, you’ll find our Hilton Head ballroom (recently renovated!), breakout rooms, and food and beverage facilities. This rentable space (holding up to 600 people at a time) is quite popular!
If you need a quality event space in Hilton Head, then just inquire ahead of time. Event venues in Hilton Head, SC usually book out weeks to months in advance. So, it’s best to RSVP on your Hilton Head meeting space as far in advance as possible.
Catering
When you’re planning an event with perhaps hundreds of people in attendance, food is probably one of the first things on your mind. Finding food for a huge group (and offering something that everyone will enjoy) can be a daunting task. That’s why we’re happy to take a bit of your stress away and offer catering right on-site.
If you like ballroom-style catering, then you can’t miss the resort’s exclusive A Catered Affair Banquet & Catering. They feature full catering, from the appetizers and drinks to the main courses to desserts, and all else in between. They can cater to a group as small as 10 or as large as 1,000! Our team works within the 12,000-square-foot ballroom in the resort and can have your food sent there in seconds (some even prepare and set up in advance, based on how you’d like the ballroom, tables, chairs, etc.).
Of course, if you’re staying at the resort, you may want more dining options during your stay. The resort’s one and only Coconutz Sportz Bar is also known to bring certain selections to your room or conference room. All you have to do is ask in advance: call the restaurant or even put your order in online. They’ve got Happy Hour from 4-7 p.m. daily, too, along with countless mixers and other social events. They’re a 4+ time recipient of the Wingfest People’s Choice Award, given by Hilton Head Island itself. As soon as you take that first bite, you’ll understand why they’re award-winning!

The Resort

It includes quality-controlled AC cooling at the flip of a switch, in addition to an HDTV hanging overhead (with multiple channels that you can change instantly with the attached remote). This fitness center is fully stocked with universal weights in almost every size imaginable, along with full aerobic equipment pieces, such as treadmills, circulation bikes, imitation stairs, and much more. As for the bike rental service offered at the resort, here’s how it works — it’s called The Stand at Beach and Tennis, and it rents out bikes, kids’ trailers, and even other tagalong parts you can attach to any bike. It’s got these accessories in just about every size, suitable for every age. They even let you rent out some lawn chairs, umbrellas, or family-friendly beach games. This stand’s open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and rents its items out on a first-come, first-serve basis. The resort also has its own Tennis Center, where you can play pickleball, whiffle ball, and more by yourself or with others. Join a group or league, too, to test your skill!
Finally, when you want some time to just relax and unwind, make your way to the pool. We’ve got multiple pools for adults and kids, including the biggest pool on Hilton Head Island! If your kids need somewhere to call their own, take them down to the playground and enjoy lunch or dinner at the nearby picnic tables and grills.
