If you have not had the opportunity to stay with us before, there are a few things you need to know:

• Daily maid service is not included in your rental rate. Each villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with six sets of towels, fresh linen on each bed and a starter supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, Kleenex, and paper towels. Linen exchanges are available for an additional charge of $69.00.
• Guests staying over 14 days have the choice of bringing their own linen or using the resorts linen with a linen exchange/usage charge of $69.00; billed to the guest’s account every two weeks during their stay. Guest’s linen choice should be decided at least a week prior to the stay and confirmed with the front desk staff.
• All villas are privately owned, and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa or its contents.
• Rates do not include South Carolina State Sales and Accommodations Taxes.
• There is a $35.00 per vehicle per stay gate pass fee.
• There is a $35.00 nonrefundable reservation processing fee for each reservation.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out ends at 10:00 am. (During peak season, all rooms may not be ready at 4:00 pm.)
• At the time of making the reservation 30% of total balance including taxes and reservation fee is due. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, the entire amount is due at time of the reservation.
• Cleaning fees are assessed as follows:

• All Third-party reservations (i.e., Travelocity, Booking.com, Orbitz, Expedia, Hotwire, Groupon, etc.,):

• Any payment by check must be accompanied by a driver’s license and date of birth. Checks will not be accepted for payment less than 14 days prior to the reservation date.
• Cancellations: If cancellation occurs at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival, your initial payment will be refunded minus the $35.00 reservation fee and a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, your entire payment will be forfeited. No refunds will be made for early departures.
• Local and long distance (within the continental US) telephone service is complimentary; calls outside this area must be called collect or a calling card must be used.
• Rental Guests must be 21 years old.
• No pets are allowed.
• Front desk is open 8:00 am until 10:00 pm late check-ins may report to the security gate.
• No motorcycles, No vehicles with any logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, E-bikes are not permitted on resort property, or equipment will be allowed in the gated community between 7 pm -8 am.
• If an assigned villa is unavailable, Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort Rentals reserves the right to provide comparable accommodations.
